WEBINAR ADVISORY
1. REMINDERS
a. The participant shall be in the waiting room at least fifteen (15) minutes before the
start of the activity.
b. The participant shall ensure reliable internet connection with the facility for back-
up connection to ensure continuous viewing of the program.
c. Only one (1) gadget log-in per participant shall be admitted and allowed during the
conduct of the activity to avoid confusion in checking the attendance.
d. Please ensure that your names are in the prescribed format during Zoom
registration. Type in your First Name and Surname on the appropriate fields, in
order to be admitted to the Zoom meeting room.

e. The webinar is being recorded. By joining this webinar, you automatically consent
to such recordings.
