Decathlon Salem is looking for an Omni Sport Leader (Full

time, Internship, Part time)

sport users and have real passion for sports!

 Sport passionate / regular user of my sport who wants to contribute to my local sport
community.

 Sport Enthusiast, Responsible & Vital personality.
 Self-motivated, autonomous & dynamic.
 Able to make decisions and have the ability to lead & contribute in my sport community.
 Proactive, action-oriented & solution finder approach.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES AS OMNI SPORT LEADER

 I built my Local Sports Project (LSP) to make my sport accessible to as many as sport
users in catchment by being Omni.
 I interact with like minded sports users and customers with the objective of satisfy or
satisfy the user.
 I will choose my products range as per my catchment / market analysis
 I am accountable for merchandising and stock of my sport territory.
 I will be responsible for piloting, budgeting and P&L for my sport.
 "I say, I do"-- I will guarantee the result of my economic performance with right
forecasting and analysis of the results.
 I practice my sport minimum once a week within exceptional seasonal sports.
 I build my Sports Community in my catchment.
 I mediate between my user and DMI (feedback).
 I update my planner including events, workshops and leaves.
 I will recruit future sports leaders with the help of my coach.

Average CTC Offered between 2.4 L.P.A (In addition 20% bonus). - FULLTIMER
