I. SPECIFIC LEARNING OBJECTIVES

At the end of lesson the students will be able to:


1. describe the tobacco;
2. express their idea about policies and laws regarding cigarette smoking and;
3. participate in the class discussion.

II. LEARNING CONTENT

 Checking of attendance

B. Priming/Motivation
JUMBLED LETTERS

 The teacher will prepare a jumbled letters
 Then, the student will complete the jumbled letters and post it on
the board.

Guide questions:

1. What have you observed on the letters?


2. Are you familiar to the word you’ve completed?
3. Where can you usually find that thing?

C. Lesson Proper

1. Activity

“DISCUSSION”
The students will describe about tobacco and identify the policies
and laws regarding cigarette smoking.

2. Analysis
As a student, would you allow yourself to be at risk because of
cigarette smoking?

3. Abstraction
What have you learned from our discussion?

4. Application

SHORT SKIT
The student will prepare a short kit about the policies and laws
regarding cigarette smoking. And they will be graded according to this set
of criteria:

IV. ASSESSMENT/EVALUATION

Paper and Pencil Test

Identify the following:


1. It is a tall, leafy plant, originally grown in South and Central America but
now cultivated throughout the world.

This is more dangerous than mainstream smoke.
