generates to the human being.

have caused irremediable consequences in a town; nowadays, overpopulation and
consumerism has accelerated the development of factories that pollute and
overexploit non-renewable natural resources, causing irreparable damage to our
environment. To reflect about that issue, you are going to complete the following
chart, that will guide you in your own composition. share it in the forum.

R// Near the city of Palmira we find in Ingenio Manuelita the one that grows cane
and produces sugar, thus being one of the factories where there is more pollution
due to the burning of cane, which affects resources such as water, soil and air

conflict This mill has been working for many
years with the burning of sugar cane
which has profited from it and has left
aside the ecosystem and the natural
resources that have been damaged and
we as citizens have paid for the
damages caused by this mill polluting
our air with the smoke that releases the
burning of the canes and affectation of
the water.
The way your region, town or city was Our city has always been the epicenter
before. of the sugar mills due to its large fields
where they can harvest, but throughout
this we have not seen the effects as
viable as the ones we are witnessing
now, taking into account the change in
climate and the sudden changes caused
by man in nature.
The way it is now The situation has been more regulated,
but when passing near this mill, you
can witness the burning of canes and
the polluting smoke in the air, and for
this reason, extreme measures should
be taken with these businessmen to
protect and mitigate future damage.
Predictions how it will be in the future. For the future, if the mill continues to
work in this way, our water resource
may be directly affected, causing
illnesses to citizens and also in the air,
these causes must be mitigated as soon
as possible and put an end to
conserving the state of our nature and

R//The agricultural city from sweet to bitter.

The municipality of Palmira has

been characterized as one of the main cities where agriculture is part of it, for this
reason it is a municipality that has many green areas and rivers that cool the city.

On the other hand, the municipality has

several sugar mills such as Manuelita, Providencia, Castilla, among others that are
located in neighboring towns, in order to encourage and reactivate the economy of
the municipality and generate employment.

However, leaving aside the conservation

and care of our natural resources such as water, air and our soil, being victims of the
mismanagement that these mills cause with their monetary productions, thus
generating fires in the cane fields, contaminating the use of water and damaging our
vegetation with the new technologies and the festicides that generate contamination
in the air where many inhabitants live near these sugar mills and are affected by the
mismanagement that these businessmen carry out with the instrumentation when
collecting the sugar canes and burning of this.
