Social history: A officer at Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah, prolonged sitting in front of computer
for 2 hours, his hobby is gardening, live at single storey house and sedentary lifestyle, married
and have 5 children.

Past & current medical condition: Kidney stones on 2012, hypertension since 2016 until now,
trigger finger on 2020
