mentioned is non-binding. The delivery/performance is subject to uninterrupted supply chain,
2 production and logistics and may be postponed. Also, we have to reserve the right to partial
delivery/performance of service. The reproduction, transmission or use of this document or its
contents is not permitted without express written authority. Offenders will be liable for damages.
All rights, including rights created by patent grantor registration of a utility model or design, are
reserved.

Price Basis: Above Price is Ex-Works Price for Siemens India. Any taxes and duties (for e.g.

Our offer does not include any configuration, development, modification and testing work in the

Main & Backup NLDC systems in India
