On my own as the principal - 4th grade teacher called in and there were no plans, technology
access, attendance sheet, schedule. I worked with substitute teacher to help them prepare for
the day. I provided an attendance sheet along with work. I was able to upload several files for
2 the teacher to access during her day. 2
Student Issue: E. Duffy used a computer to record another student during a teams call. Spoke
with teachers and students involved in the situation. Made parent phone calls to discuss
1.5 situation and consequences moving forward 5
1.5 Met with literacy coaches and K. Verbruggee to discuss reading data 4
R. Lawson check in with AM students in the PM due to 1/2 day remote teaching. I used
administration access to join teams call. I worked on a panda SEL activitiy with the students and

she was feeling very sad and left out because it was indoor recess and she was the only girl in the
classroom. We discussed her feelings and she chose to stay in the office and work on some
