8. አለመግባባት መፍታት ፡፡

በሁለቱም ወገኖች መካከል ሊፈጠር የሚችል ማንኛውም

አለመግባባት ቢከሰት እንደዚህ ዓይነት ክርክር በመጀመሪያ
(በ GCC ጤና ምክር ቤት ደንብ እና ሕጎች አንቀጽ 20)
ይገዛል ፡፡ ይህ መጣጥፍ & ለመጀመሪያዎቹ ወገኖች
ቅሬታዎችን ለማጉረምረም እና ለማገድ እንደ ስምምነት
ፈቃድ

ተፈፃሚ ይሆናል ፡፡ በሁለተኛ ደረጃ ሁለቱም ወገኖች

ሀገሮች ህጎች እና ደንቦች ተፈፃሚነት ያላቸው ህጎች ተፈጻሚ
ይሆናል ፡፡

በሦስተኛ ደረጃ በዚህ ረገድ ሁለቱም ወገኖች

ለሚመለከታቸው ሕጎች ተፈጻሚ ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ ፡፡

9. በ የጋራ ስምምነት የተገቢነት ክፍለ ጊዜ

ክሊኒኩ በ GCC ጤና ምክር ቤት እውቅና እስከሚሰጥ

ድረስ እና ስምምነቱ እስከሚቋረጥ ድረስ ኮንትራቱ ይሠራል
፡፡ ክሊኒኮች እንደገና እውቅና ካገኙ ይህ የጋራ ሥራ ሙሉ
በሙሉ ይሠራል ፡፡  

10. ተግባራዊ ህጎች ፡፡

የኢትዮጵያ እና አሁን ያሉት ወረዳዎች ህጎች እንደ

አስፈላጊነቱ ተፈፃሚ ይሆናሉ ፡፡

ይህ ውል በአዲሰ አበባ ከተማ ------------- ቀን 2012
