BENFITS

The benefits of having Windows 10 are a smoother and

sometimes faster operations, its more economical use of
memory and disk space, increased security, and the
integration of OneDrive cloud storage, it also gets
updated every Tuesday. Windows 7 is outdated as
Windows continue to upgrade and Windows 7 stopped
getting updates in June 2020.
 

IMPLOCATIONS

Windows 10 still has downsides and is not fully

completed, it costs money to upgrade, speeds aren’t
always that fast, so there are lots of elements that still
have upgrade problems.

BENFITS

Offices 365 has a lot more features than offices 4.1.0, it

allows an organisation to store all the files in the cloud,
this means they can be accessed on any device from
any location with an internet connection, so for
businesses it is essential to have access to all the apps
and files you need when out of the office which is
invaluable. The open office 4.1.0 although free to use,
this would only suit a smaller business that does not
need complicated document access.

IMPLOCATION
Offices 365 does cost money and you have to pay a
monthly subscription for this, it needs continuous
updates, you don’t own the software and a lot of people
only use 20% of the functionalities. People might need
further training to use offices 365 so you would have to
pay for an expert to show how it works.
