Creating an Account in Cyclone Cloud

Visit www.cyclone-cloud.com to begin the process. Click on “Register” if
you are a new user.

Enter your first name, last name, company name and email address then
click “Save user info”

Cyclone Cloud will automatically generate an email containing a
confirmation code.

Go to your email account and open the email sent from noreply@truview-
cloud.com.

You can copy the code out of this email to paste into the Cyclone Cloud
registration page OR follow the link contained in the email.

Upon clicking the link, you will be returned to www.cyclone-cloud.com.

Once your confirmation code has been populated, click “Confirm Email”.
If you did not receive an email, click “Send Again”.

The subscriber will receive an EID via purchase order from a sales person.
Enter the EID and click “Activate your Service” to add a TruView Service

If the user has not subscribed, they can request a demo via the “Request
Demo EID” button which will be sent to them via email upon approval.
The user should follow the link contained in that email and will return to
the below screen.

Select a Username and Password to serve as your admin credentials for
both Cyclone Cloud and TruView Cloud. Click “Activate your Account”.

Read the Terms of Service for Leica Geosystems Cloud Services and click
“ACCEPT AND AGREE TO” to enter your account.

You will now be placed within your Cyclone Cloud Account. Confirm that
the expiration date and number of scan positions allowed is correct.

Note for future reference that within this Cyclone Cloud account you can perform the
following functions:
▪ Update your admin login information by clicking on the user icon with your name next to it.
▪ Update your password by clicking on the key icon with the word Password next to it.
▪ Add a new EID by clicking on the certificate icon with the words Add a new EID.
▪ Submit feedback by clicking the chat bubble icon with the words Your feedback next to it.

 TruView Cloud Service Setup

Within your Cyclone Cloud account, click “Start” to launch your TruView
Cloud service.

Pick the Datacenter closest to you and create a custom URL for your sub
users to access projects. Enter your password and click “Deploy”.

Over the course of 1-2 minutes, your service will be launched, your URL
registered and TruView Cloud backend set up.

Once your TruView Cloud service has been deployed, you will see it listed
within Cyclone Cloud. Click on your custom URL to view your site.

Read the Leica Geosystems Software License Agreement and click
“Accept” to enter your account.

You will be directed to the TruView Cloud login page. Enter your
credentials and click “Sign In”.

You are now fully set up in both Cyclone Cloud and TruView Cloud. Begin
publishing data from Cyclone 9.2 or Cyclone REGISTER 360.
