1. understand the new speaking English CEFR exam format
2. explain and justify own feelings or those of others by responding to questions related in part 1 SPM speaking paper

1. Pupils can understand the questions asked by completing the task on Google Form.

2. Pupils can explain and justify their feelings about English subject.
3. Pupils can understand the 3 main parts in speaking assessment task by watching videos attached in the link.
LESSON DEVELOPMENT (30 minutes) *Main & Compel Skills should be addressed at this stage
1. Pupils are to watch an introduction video about speaking assessment from Ministry of Education.
2. Teacher checks pupils’ understanding and gives them 5 minutes to write down some notes.
3. Teacher calls out pupils at random to share their notes by asking some of the question based
on the video. * Complementary Skill
POST-LESSON (5 minutes)
1. Teacher asks pupils to review their learning in this lesson by completing an exit card about the speaking activities:
a. what they were able to do well in the activities?
b. what they found particularly challenging about the activities?
