Note:
a) The input of the Team Leader, Sr. Highway Engineer, Sr. Bridge Engineer, Sr. Quantity Surveyor-
cum-Contract Specialist, CAD Engineer includes 2 months period of advance mobilization prior
to mobilization by the contractor and two months period during the defect liability.
b) Personnel/Expert should be medically fit for working on the project site.
c) The CVs of AREs, Quantity Surveyors, Material/Quality Control Engineer, Field Engineers will not be
evaluated during the technical proposal evaluation but should be submitted to Employer for approval
prior to mobilization.
d) Only those projects will be considered for evaluation where the input of the key professional and non-key
professional is 18 months and above. For Road Safety Specialist, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Expert,
and Environment Specialist, projects inputs of 6 months and above will be considered for evaluation.
e) For Team leader cum Senior Contract Administrative Specialist Superintending Engineer (or equivalent)
and above on similar construction work shall be considered if having the desired qualification.
f) For all key professionals Superintending Engineer or equivalent/Executive Engineer or equivalent on
similar construction work shall be considered if having the desired qualification.
g) Desired qualification from AICTE approved institution/University shall only be considered. This shall
not be applicable to the International qualification.
h) CVs of Key Experts and Non- key experts working with ongoing projects of BSRDCL shall not be
considered and shall bear no marks in the evaluation of Technical Proposal (RFP), if proposed.
i) Consultants shortlisted for three packages (BSHP-III, Phase-2/SC/) SH-
98/ SH-99/Amarpur Bypass (SH-85), Pacakage-1, BSHP-III, Phase-2/SC/SH-101/103/105, Pacakage-
3 and BSHP-III, Phase-2/PMAE/SH-95, Package-2) have to submit different set of CVs comprising
another international and national Key expert for each consultancy services packages. Any CVs used for
both packages shall not be evaluated and deemed to be rejected and bear no marks in the evaluation of
Technical Proposal (RFP).
