NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE PARENT’s

TEACHER CONFORENCE
(7 – MORALITY)

The Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) was held on Apil 26, 2021. Initially, parents were
gathered at 1:00pm. at the distribution room for a brief meeting. The adviser discussed matters
concerning constant monitoring of student’s academic requirements, attendance in distribution and
retrieval of modules as well as follow-up on student’s reading ability. Parents were given class
schedule for modular and reminded on the process of answering the modules. Parents were also
oriented on possible unexpected instances and other matters were dealt. Finally, distribution of
grades as well as individual academic counseling were conducted I encouraged parents to monitor
their children’s academic performance since we are on new normal from accomplishing the school
year. Also emphasized the need to spend time and talk to their teachers in different subjects via
messenger, Google meet and zoom to know the status of the student’s academic performance and to
take immediate action whenever needed.
