 Call to order: Naneth D. Obrero, MT II called to order the School Learning Action Cell on the
Developmental Behaviors of Learners. She introduced the topics on how to
describe the literacy behaviors of the learners at 9:30 a.m. on November 25, 2021
at Grade Three Quarter’s Area.

Each group discussed thoroughly the differences and similarities of learners’ developmental
behavior using the checklist provided. Each group also shared their expertise on how to cater the
individual differences of every learner and how to help bridge the gaps of behavioral development of
some learners that need extra help.

Wrap up: Each learner has different approaches in learning. Teachers play the important role in
bridging the gaps of the individual differences of every learner.
