Information for the Gardens/Shrine Excursion

  Take PT to and from the Gardens/Shrine. You do not need to come to MHS on the day.
 Wear appropriate MHS winter or summer school uniform ((not sport uniform) & umbrella/raincoat in case of rain.
 Do not bring devices.
 Bring your own lunch & water. You will have time to eat lunch in the park but possibly not be able to purchase lunch nearby.
 Reminder that your uniform & behaviour needs to be impeccable all day.

Wed 1st December

Meet in front of Shrine at 9:30am mark rolls with allocated teacher. Students begin a self-guided tour (in their project groups) at the Shrine at 10am. Lunch in the gardens 11:15am
then meet Visitors Centre (Birdwood Ave) Royal Botanical Gardens 12:15pm mark rolls with allocated teacher. The presenter from RBG will begin punctually at 12:45pm – 2:15pm.
Dismissed from RBG.

Thursday 2nd December & Friday 3rd December

Meet Visitors Centre (Birdwood Ave) Royal Botanical Gardens 9:30am mark rolls with allocated teacher. The presenter from RBG will begin punctually at 10:15 – 11:45am

Lunch in the Gardens then teachers will mark rolls at the entrance to the Shrine at 1:15pm – students begin a self-guided tour (in their project groups) at the Shrine at 1:30pm.
Teachers dismiss students from the Shrine 2:30pm. Students are welcome to stay longer at the Shrine if they wish.
