From the very first grade I tried to have the best marks. I was responsible in everything I was doing. In
Moldova, the country in which I was born and studied, I was one of the best students. In 2019, I came to
France. Since French is not my native language, it took me a while to adapt. In the transcripts you can
see that I had the best grade in the class in French and economics. I’m always doing my best, but
sometimes because of the different views of teachers and a foreign language, I didn’t get the highest
rating. I believe that marks should point to a topic that I didn't understand well and I should go through
it again, but at school it doesn't work in this way. I think that grades don’t accurately reflect my
knowledge. At school, we go through topics and solve monotonous exercises, not knowing how to apply
them, but a university is a preparation for professional life. Here you need to be able to adapt and apply
your skills. University is the next level of education and I believe that I can confidently start it.

In my young age I was fond of reading. I liked to read, because it replaced communication with an
experienced person. I paid attention to the description of human behavior in books, and noticed it in
life. Thanks to books and personal experience, I became more accurate with people and relied only on
myself.
Later, foreign languages began to take my time. I can call it my hobby. I studied English, Romanian,
French, and later Spanish and German. While studying, I learned perseverance and independence in
learning.
From early childhood I was practicing sports. First gymnastics, then swimming, athletics, fighting. During
this time, I learned to overcome fatigue and pain. In 2017, I went to a sports camp in Bulgaria, where we
had trainings 2 times a day. I learned to work on myself, to free my mind and not think about difficulties.
In France, I have the opportunity to prepare for the triathlon. I do jogging, ride a bike, participate in
amateur marathons and swim. I liked the Ironman which took place in Nice and I would like to take part
in this kind of event.
Last summer I took part in Bluewater yachting course. We got the driver license for small boats and jet
ski, I learned how to navigate through maps, got firefighting experience, learned how to provide first aid
and also got a lot of positive emotions.

The last three years I have been interested in buying and selling cryptocurrency and stocks. This march I
had the possibility to buy bitcoin at a low price. Now I’m monitoring its price, to sell it as profitably as
possible. It taught me to be restrained, to study the situation before making decisions, not to spend all
the money at once.
I would like to choose Finance as my Master program.
