darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in
darkness, only shades of gray.
Sunlight Sensitivity You have disadvantage on attack rolls
and on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight when
you, the target of your attack, or whatever you are trying to
perceive is in direct sunlight.
Innate Immunity. You have resistance to poison damage.
Spider-self. You can use your action to transform into your
spider-form. Once per long rest you can transform into a
Giant Wolf Spider (p.330 MM) as if you had the Polymorph
spell cast on you. At 6th level you instead transform into a
Giant Spider (p.328 MM) You cannot transform whilst
wearing medium or heavy armor.
Spider Climb. Your spider self has some effects on your
human form. You can move up, down, and across vertical
surfaces and upside down along ceilings, while leaving your
hands free. You have a climbing speed equal to your walking
speed.
Web-maker. You can shoot webs from your hands as your
human body still produces silk. You can cast Web once as a
2nd-level spell, and you regain the ability to cast it this way
when you finish a long rest. Constitution is is your
spellcasting ability for this spell.
