Directors of Estrella Homeowners Association Phase 2 and its

We write you concerning our predicament with regard to our

basketball court area which is located at our clubhouse became

venues for various gatherings such as the holding of the annual

and such other meetings conducted by the Mayor’s office and in

have been constantly used as the venue for giving of “AYUDA’’.
