RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR THROUGH THE MUNICIPAL

ENGINEERING OFFICE TO SECURE THE NECESSARY PERMITS AND CLEARANCES FOR THE
DEMOLITION OF SK BUILDING IN PREPARATIONFOR A NEW HALFWAYHOUSE BUILDING
TO BE GIVEN BY THE DEPARTMENTOF HEALTH

WHEREAS, the Department of Health will allocate funds for the construction of a new halfway house
building which is essential to the health of the constituents of this Municipality, as well as medical
innovation;

WHEREAS, the construction site for the new halfway house building will be near the Health
Center, thus, this Body is authorizing the Municipal Mayor though the Municipal Engineering Office to
demolish the said building;

WHEREFORE, viewed from the foregoing, and

On motion of Hon. Clayford C. Vailoces, mass seconded, be it

RESOLVED, as this Body does hereby resolve, to authorize the Municipal Mayor through the
Municipal Engineering Office to secure necessary permits and clearances for the demolition of SK building in
preparation for a new halfway house building to be given by the Department of Health;

RESOLVED FINALLY,to forward a copy of this resolution to Hon. Jan Hendrik I. Vallecer, Municipal
Mayor, copy furnished Engr. Esterlita T. Andalahao, Municipal Engineer, both of this Municipality, and other
concerned offices/ agencies, for reference, guidance and appropriate action;

Carried unanimously.”
