PREFACE
This Learning Activity Sheets is a project of the Kalinga Office through the
Curriculum and Learning Management Division – Learning Resource Management
System, in partnership with the Schools Division Offices and SPED Centers,
pursuant to DepEd’s Sulong Edukalidad and DepEd-CAR’s Learning Continuity
Operational Plan, to prepare contextualized learning resources for Learners with
Disabilities in response to the implementation of the Refined Curriculum for Learners
with Disabilities.
This Learning Material is a property of the Department of Education,
Cordillera Administrative Region. It aims to improve the academic performance of
Learners with Disabilities specifically in Motor Skills.

FACILITATOR’S GUIDE
Hello Facilitators!
As you work on the exercises, your child will be able to do the leg exercise
which is running in zigzag and jog in a place in gradual speed.
ACTIVITY 1
In this activity, your child will do the leg exercises that illustrated. The
parent will put a heart inside the box if the illustration is done correctly and circle if
it’s not.
ACTIVITY 2
ACTIVITY 3
The learner will study the picture and write the word that describe the leg
exercise. Choose the correct letter of your answer inside the box.
ACTIVITY 4
In this activity, the learner will put a check if the picture shows a leg
exercise and x if it’s not.
ASSESSMENT
This activity will let your child color the word that describes the leg
exercise.
Finally, for the ENRICHMENT ACTIVITY, your child is going to study the pictures
then cut the pictures that shows a leg exercise and put inside the box.
