1.0 PURPOSE

The purpose of the lifting plan is to briefly describe the practical information that should
always be considered in order to ensure proper lifting operation.

2.0 SCOPE

The site is fairly restricted but should not cause any problems that would interfere with the
unloading and setting up works. The plant will enter the site and carry out all lifting while
positioned inside the boundary. The site compound will be erected and maintained by
Octagon Maju Sdn Bhd.

3.0 LIFTING PLAN

1. The lifting activities will be conducted at PETRON MERU KLANG SENTRAL

2. All traffic to be managed and safe working zone will be established.
3. All machinery or transport that involve in this activity will be park at temporary
designated area that being establish by OCTAGON MAJU SDN BHD at work area or
nearby area until the actual working area is properly establish by the work crew.
4. The traffic controller will be controlling the traffic movement and additional traffic
controller is to control the movement of the machinery or transport involve in the
lifting activity and also during the delivery of machinery or equipment
5. The lifting zone must be clear from any obstruction, this is including:
- Overhead cable
- Building or structure
- Vehicle or transport that not related to the activities.
- Unauthorised personal.
6. Any building or structure that cannot be remove during these activities need to be
state inside the JHA and control measure need to be properly discuss.
7. The work crew will be led by OMSB PH and advice from OMSB HSSE personal and
Lifting supervisor.
8. OMSB PH have a full authorised to allowed, to remove or disallowed any person or
visitor to coming inside the working area.
