Parallel Circuit

R1 = 100KΩ
R2 = 220KΩ
R3 = 68KΩ
V = 9.3v
I = ??

According To OHM’s Law

V=IR
For Parallel Circuit, I=V/R
Then,
1/R = 1/R1 + 1/R2 + 1/R3
1/R = 1/100 + 1/220 + 1/68
1/R = 0.01 + 0.0045 + 0.014
1/R = 0.0285
R = 1/0.0285

R = 35.087Ω
For Current,
I=V/R
I= 9.3/35.087

I = 0.265A
Sir, I don’t know why but the simulation doesn’t
gives the correct value, the practical and
theoretical values are similar but the simulation
value is different, I made the same circuit in
multisim as I made in practical but it doesn’t
gives the correct output…..

Series Circuit

R1 = 100KΩ
R2 = 220KΩ
R3 = 68KΩ
V = 9.3v
I = ??
According To OHM’s Law
V=IR
For Series Circuit, I=V/R
Here,
R = R1+R2+R3
R = 100 + 220 + 68
R = 388Ω
For Current,
I= 9.3/388

I = 0.023A
