Tele caller interview questions

Questions to be asked:
● Self-introduction (who are you, calling from which company & what is the purpose of
calling)
● Are you interested in doing survey calls related to livelihood?
If yes:
● I want to take an interview of you, are you available for the interview?
If yes:
● Tell me something about yourself? – Check communication skills
● Do you have any past experience? – relevant Experience
● Why do you want to do this job? – Check seriousness
● Do you have your own laptop/desktop/tab/smartphone, internet connectivity, Bank
details, Pan card?
● Any other language you know except English? (Any other regional language also
preferred)

● Roles & responsibilities of a tele caller (keep it simple)- We will share once you are
shortlisted and selected.
● Salary will be fixed and there will be performance bonus as well
● Candidates must have to work at least for 15days to get their payout

Tele caller Udemy course and Test –

1. Tele caller should go through the course and pass an exam – if passed Rs 499 would be
paid. (Reimbursed) (One credentials we buy and shared with them – One options)

2. Test on Jeevitam and know about companies’ product to pitch to the candidates

Pay-out Structure for Tele callers

Salary – ( 10k fixed + Bonus )

8 hours – 48 hours/ week

Target – 40 survey/day
Point system –
Note – bonuses are weekly wise and every day target need to be met every day no piling up
for next day

 1 point is equal to 5 Rs
 6 working days in a week (Monday-Saturday)
 Salaries and rewards will only be given only after completing 15 days of working
 Rewards:
o Bonus will be provided if the person has completed his target (weekly)
 125% & above – 30 points
 110% - 125% – 20 points
 90% - 110% -10 points
 65% - 90%- -5 points
 <65% - -10 points
o If the output is less than 60% for 2 consecutive weeks, then we will
discontinue the project with the concern tele caller
o If they achieved a certain range of survey daily, at the end of 4 weeks, they
will receive 1 week extra points. Suppose – If a tele caller achieved 90% -
110% range (everyday 10 points) - every week –they get => (60*4+ 60) = 300
points = 1800 points – Max bonus –INR 4500
o If a tele caller is always in the range of 65-90% or <65 % in a day, everyday -5
and -10 points will be deducted, from his fixed salary.
 Penalties:
o Check-in check out every working day, If it is missed salary for that day will
be deducted
o They have to use CRM
o Responses submitted will be thoroughly check, if found any discrepancies or
fraudulent data, Internal management would decide on the salary cut or on
extreme conditions would be terminated.

Salary – ( 5k fixed + Bonus )

4 hours – 24 hours/ week

Target – 20 survey/day

Point system –
Note – bonuses are weekly wise and every day target need to be met every day no piling up
for next day

 Salaries and rewards will only be given only after completing 15 days of working
 Rewards:
o Bonus will be provided if the person has completed his target (weekly)
 125% & above – 15 points
 110% - 125% – 10 points
 90% - 110% -5 points
 65% - 90%- (-) minus 2.5 points
 <65% - (-) minus 10 points
o If the output is less than 60% for 2 consecutive weeks, then we will
discontinue the project with the concern tele caller
o If they achieved a certain range of survey daily, at the end of 4 weeks, they
will receive 1 week extra points. Suppose – If a tele caller achieved 90% -
110% range (everyday 10 points) - every week –they get => (30*4+ 30) = 150
points =INR 900 – Max bonus –INR 2250
o If a tele caller is always in the range of 65-90% or <65 % in a day, everyday -
2.5and -5 points will be deducted, from his fixed salary.
 Penalties:
o Check-in check out every working day, If it is missed salary for that day will
be deducted
o They have to use CRM
o Responses submitted will be thoroughly check, if found any discrepancies or
fraudulent data, Internal management would decide on the salary cut or on
extreme conditions would be terminated.

1. 4 Hours – 24 hrs /week (at a stretched)

Salary - (5K fixed + max-1250 Bonus)

Target - 20 survey responses everyday -100%


Point system –

 6 working days in a week (Monday-Saturday)
 Salaries and rewards will only be given only after completing 15 days of working
 Rewards:
o Bonus will be provided if the person has completed his target (weekly)
 125% & above – 50 points
 100% - 125% – 25 points
 75% - 100% - 10 points
 <60% - Warning
o If the output is less than 60% for 2 consecutive weeks, then we will
discontinue the project with the concern tele caller
o If they have achieved 100% of their target or above for 4 consecutive weeks,
then they will get an additional 100 points – 250 Rs extra bonus
 Penalties:
o Check-in check out every working day, If it is missed salary for that day will
be deducted
o They have to use CRM
o Responses submitted will be thoroughly check, if found any discrepancies or
fraudulent data, Internal management would decide on the salary cut or on
extreme conditions would be terminated.

2. 6 Hours – 36 hrs /week

Salary - (7K Fixed+ max- 1875 bonus)

Target is 30 survey responses everyday -100%

Point system –
Note – bonuses are weekly wise and every day target need to be met every day no piling for
next day

 6 working days in a week (Monday-Saturday)
 Salaries and rewards will only be given only after completing 15 days of working
 Rewards:
o Bonus will be provided if the person has completed his target (weekly)

 125% & above – 75 points


 100% - 125% – 35 points
 75% - 100% - 10 points
 <60% - Warning

o If the output is less than 60% for 2 consecutive weeks, then we will
discontinue the project with the concern tele caller
o If they have achieved 100% of their target or above for 4 consecutive weeks,
then they will get an additional 100 points – 375 Rs extra bonus
 Penalties:
o Check-in check out every working day, if it is missed salary for that day will
be deducted
o They have to use CRM
o Responses submitted will be thoroughly check, if found any discrepancies or
fraudulent data, Internal management would decide on the salary cut or on
extreme conditions would be terminated.

3. 9 Hours – 54 hrs /week

Salary - (10K Fixed+ max- 2500 Bonus) (inclusive tax)

Target is 50 survey everyday -100%

Point system –
Note – bonuses are weekly wise and every day target need to be met everyday

 6 working days in a week (Monday-Saturday)
 Salaries and rewards will only be given only after completing 15 days of working
 Rewards:
o Bonus will be provided if the person has completed his target (weekly)
 125% & above – 100 points
 100% - 125% – 50 points
 75% - 100% - 10 points
 <60% - Warning

o If the output is less than 60% for 2 consecutive weeks, then we will
discontinue the project with the concern tele caller
o If they have achieved 100% of their target or above for 4 consecutive weeks,
then they will get an additional 100 points – 500 Rs extra bonus
 Penalties:
o Check-in check out every working day, if it is missed salary for that day will
be deducted
o They have to use CRM

4. Commission based

8 Rs per survey (Payment monthly basis)


EXIT management

1. Tele caller should email his resignation


2. Notice period – 15 days (Company has the right to waive of their period at its
discretion)
