Analysis of the Monitoring/Evaluation Results

Top three (3) responses based on participant feedback:
SIGNIFICANT LEARNING
1. Review on the IPCRF Developmental Parts is significant to this training, where teachers and school heads have carefully
examined their strengths and weaknesses and be able to craft their Intervention Plan and schedule to address the learning
needs.
2. Revisiting the BE-LCP implementation was done thoroughly, and it is observable that everyone was actively involved to
assess the programs already done and take note points for improvement.
3. Crafting of Technical Assistance Plan based on the Developmental needs was vital to this training because School Heads and
the in-charge Supervisor can also consider as to how and when they can extend their assistance.

FURTHER LEARNING

Our role as PSDS is vital in extending our technical assistance to schools. It is a good venue to empower teacher and school heads in
the field.
This training has provided me insights on how to extend technical assistance to the teachers and school heads as part of my
monitoring and supervision. Furthermore, this help me to revisit their BE-LCP implementation as assess as to how far is their
achievement in terms of readiness for the pilot face to face classes.

COMMENTS/SUGGESTIONS FOR PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT

In the next INSET, it would also be nice if Learning Kits will be provided for reference .
