DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, JASMIN LASAS BANSULI and FLORDELIZA DE DIOS

AFABLE, of legal ages, Filipinos, and a residents of Hulo Street, Libtong,
Meycuayan City, Bulacan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
do hereby depose and state, THAT:

1.) We personally know REMEDIO MORAGA CONTRERAS, being our good

friend and neighbor in Hulo Steet, Libtong, Meycuayan City, Bulacan. who
was born on November 20, 1997, his biological parents are GODFREY
CASTRO ALONZO and LUCENA FRANCISCO MEREJILLA;

2.) We also know that late RICHMOND M. ALONZO was a bona-fide member
of Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG Fund);

3.) We also know, that RICHMOND M. ALONZO has not been married to
anyone and he has no child until his demised; and

4.) We are executing this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of
the foregoing set of facts/statements and to inform the authorities thereof
for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
