JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We, VICTORINO M. SESCON, JR. and PERLITA GOMEZ URBIZTONDO,

both Filipinos, of legal ages, and residents of Brgy. Salvacion, San Agustin,
Surigao del Sur, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state:

1. That we have personally known the person of AGUSTIN MICULOB

for a long period of time having been our long-time acquaintance;

2. That we know for a fact that the person by the name of “AGUSTIN
MACALUB” appearing in some documents and records or
specifically in the Original Certificate of Title over his Lot No. 3862,
Cad 631-D and his traditionally used name “AGUSTIN MICULOB”,
refer to one and the same person and that her true and correct name
is AGUSTIN MICULOB; and

3. As such, we execute this Affidavit or attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose that this Affidavit
may serve.

FURTHER AFFIANTS SAYETH NONE.
