Proposal for retreat
Introduction
GreenHouse Facility has done a very outstanding achievement in their work for the
past two years. Hence, the management team has decided to organize a retreat to
all the employees in the company. This retreat will be a great opportunity for all the
employees to get a break from their work routine for about three days and it can
also help them to refocus and rejuvenate while increasing teamwork. Our proposed
location for this upcoming retreat is Johor Bahru.
Attractions
Why Johor Bahru?
Johor Bahru is a city in Malaysia and the capital of the state of Johor. Johor Bahru is
Malaysia’s southernmost city in the Malay Peninsula and the southernmost Eurasia.
It is also known as the “Southern Gateway of Malaysia” and is the second largest city
in Malaysia.
Place of interest
This is an open-air shopping mall. Inside it have a lot of different food, shoes,
cloth and bags. If someone afraid of the heat, you have to endure it. But after
shopping, you can go to the food court to buy some cold drinks and have a meal!
This is a restaurant to eat all kind of seafood. IN addition, you can also blow the
sea breeze at the pier and look out at the vast scenery of the Strait of Malacca!
Puteri Harbour
If you want to have a dinner here, it is recommended that you can come with
your beloved partner, and you two can choose an emotional restaurant. It is a
leisurely pleasure to enjoy the sunset and the returning ship!
Danga Bay
It is the largest leisure park in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. It was developed by Tan Sri
Datuk Lan Kang Hoo through Ekovest Co., Ltd. It is located near the Serenity
Palance in Bukit, about 7 kilometers from the city center of Johor Bahru.

30%
25% of the cost will be spend on transportation and tour guide. And the other
30% of the cost will be spending in the food& beverage. Employees can pay
themselves for ordering more foods.
37% is for the shopping fees, there is about S$370. It is really enough to let all
the employees buy what they want or what they like. But if they what to buy
more than the amount, they need to pay by themselves.
And the ticket of the zoo and the LEGOLAND is about 8% of the amount.
