NARRATIVE REPORT: LAC SESSION on LEARNING DELIVERY

MODALITIES

In the new normal, teachers must be team players, who cultivate

learner’s motivation and act as innovators of change. As teachers, we believe
that we unquestionably play an essential part in child’s education. With this
responsibility in mind, we must equip ourselves with knowledge and skills
that are necessary in delivering education through teaching in this new
normal setting. Though it is a challenge for every teacher to learn new
techniques and strategies in teaching, we must bear in mind that these are
all part of our professional growth. These are the things that we need to do
in order for us to stay effective and efficient in performing our role.

On October 20-24, 2021, the school teachers of Pacalundo Integrated

School, headed by our school principal Mrs. Calima S. Mangate, conducted
a LAC Session on Learning Delivery Modalities. The speakers of the said
acivity are the teachers in the junior highschool department of the school.
They are Farah D. Azis, Fatima E. Doro, Medine M. Lawa, Haima B. Mackno
and Fathma-amerah G. Camid. There are about 18 teachers as participants.

On the last day, everyone was tasked to give insights about what they
have learned in the LAC Session. Mrs. Calima S. Mangate then left an
inspirational message along with an encouragement, as she marked the
closing of the event.
