1.用途：

1. Purposes:

本设备是基于 PAM 聚丙烯酰胺干粉药剂难溶解、易结块、投加精度高的特点，开发设

计的新一代絮凝剂添加设备，与同类产品相比具有高精度、高时效、高溶解的显著特点。可
进一步提高浓缩机的造浆效果；加大浓缩机的底流浓度；减少溢流水含固量。

This device is a new-generation flocculating agent addition machine which is designed and
developed based on the fact that the polyacrylamide powder (PAM) is hard to solve, liable to
agglomerate and needs high dosing accuracy degree. Compared with the similar products, it is
obviously featured by high precision, high effectiveness and high solubility . It can further
improve the slurry making performance of thickener, increase its bottom flow concentration and
reduce the solid content of overflow water.

 在混合桶中通过加水、投料、分散、搅拌，将干粉絮凝剂颗粒加工成为料水

 在稀释桶中通过转料、加水、搅拌，将初步溶解的料水混合溶液加工成为满

the actual production demand by material rotating, water adding and mixing;

 储存、熟化药剂溶液.

 Store and age the reagent solution;

 变频调节药剂溶液添加量.

干粉投加器由储料仓、拨料器、螺旋输送系统、缺料检测仪等组成，输送螺杆呈均
匀螺旋状，不锈钢材质，输送螺杆设在料仓底部，便于干粉彻底排空。

and material shortage detector. The conveying screw is arranged at the bottom of storage
hopper, in even screw shape, made of stainless steel, for the sake of complete emptiness of
powder.
搅拌器：
Agitator:
搅拌器采用变截面推流式结构，保证药剂溶液分子链不被切断。搅拌叶片与搅拌轴为不
锈钢材质。
Agitator uses variable cross-section plug-flow structure to make sure the molecular chain of
reagent solution will be not cut off. Both the mixing blade and mixing shaft are made of stainless
steel.
三箱结构：
Three-tank structure
三箱结构分为配药箱、溶解箱、储存箱，箱体之间全密封隔离。
配药箱用于干粉药剂与水的初步混合及精确的浓度配比；溶解箱用于对初步混合后的药剂溶
液充分稀释水解；储存箱用于对充分水解后成品药剂溶液熟化备用。配药箱及溶解箱均设有
搅拌器，
The three-tank structure is consisted of dosing tank, dissolving tank and storage tank and the
cabinets are isolated in a fully enclosed way. The dosing tank is used for primary mixing of
reagent powder and water and accurate concentration ratio; the dissolving tank is for thorough
dilution and hydrolysis of reagent solution after primary mixing; the storage tank is for aging of
finished reagent solution after complete hydrolysis. The dosing tank and dissolving tank are
equipped with agitator.
加药泵：
Dosing pump:
加药泵选用单螺杆泵，工频转速 315r/min，出口压力恒定 5.0bar。
Use single-screw pump, with rotary speed at power frequency of 315r/min and constant
output pressure of 5.0bar.

1.自动方式：系统按下列流程图控制生产过程

Reserve 100kg powdery flocculating agent in the material feeding

hopper

“Empty” the dosing tank and start the “water adding, mixing and
powder feeding system” of dosing tank in order.

Stop “powder feeding system, water adding and mixing” of dosing

tank in order after mixing is completed.

“Empty” the dissolving tank and start the material rotating pump to complete
the conveying of mixed reagent solution.to the dissolving tank

“Empty” the dosing tank and stop the material rotating pump to complete the
conveying of mixed reagent solution.

Start the “water adding valve and mixing motor” of dissolving tank until the
whole dilution and dissolving process is completed.

After dilution and dissolving process is completed, store the finished reagent
solution in the storage tank.

流程描述

Process description
自动配药时，水阀、搅拌器、螺旋输送器相继打开，粉状絮凝剂计量输出，经接受漏斗
与清水充分混合后加入混合桶连续搅拌。搅拌完成后，进入稀释桶再次加水稀释搅拌，稀释
搅拌完成后打开储药阀，进入储药桶中老化储存。一个配药过程约 30 分钟。调整螺旋给料
器的工作时间，可在（0.1% ~ 0.5%）的范围内调整配药浓度。
During automatic dosing, the water valve, mixer and screw conveyor will be opened in
succession. The powdery flocculating agent is exported as calculated, enters into the mixing tank
for further mixing after passing through the receiving hopper and being mixed adequately with
water. After mixing, it goes into the dilution tank and diluted and mixed again. Open the reagent
storage valve after dilution and mixing to age and store in the reagent storage tank. A dosing
process may last for about 30 minutes. Adjust the operation duration of screw feeder and regulate

the dosing concentration between 0.1~ and 0.5%.

The driver on duty manages the equipment on site. Refer to the processes of manual control
(water adding, mixing, feeding, storage and dosing” in the flow diagram.

四、操作说明

1.手动操作
1.Manual operation
(1).“自动-手动”转换开关，置于手动.
(1).Set the “Automatic – Manual” change-over switch as “manual”;
(2).“关（药泵）开”转换开关，置于关。
(2)..Set the “Off (dosing pump) On” change-over switch as “Off”;
(3).点动“系统送电”按钮，显示屏及变频器操作盘点亮。
(3).Jog the “System Power-on” button to light the display screen and operating panel of
frequency converter;
(4).点触“加水”、“搅拌”、“螺旋”、“转料”、“储存”等图形按钮，相应单元启动，画面显示
其运行时间、图形状态、故障信息等。动作完成或再次点触启动状态的图形按钮，相应
单元运行停止。
(4).Gently touch the graphic switches for “water adding”, “mixing”, “screw conveyor”, “material
rotating” and “storage” to start the corresponding unit. The screen will show the operation
duration, graphic status and failure information. After the action finishes or the graphic switch
at start status is pressed again, the corresponding unit will stop operation.

(5).“储存桶低液位指示灯”指示后，控制箱面板中的“关（药泵）开”转换开关置于开，药剂

泵运行启动。

(5).When the "low level indicator of storage tank" is on, the “Off (dosing pump) On”
change-over switch on the control cabinet panel is set as “on” and the dosing pump starts to
operate.
(6).“关（药泵）开”转换开关，置于关，或“储存桶低液位指示灯”熄灭，药泵运行停止。
轻触画面中频率设定值，可弹出数字键盘，修改泵输出频率。
(6).When the “Off (dosing pump) On” change-over switch is set as “off”, or the "low level
indicator of storage tank" is off, the dosing pump stops operation. Gently touch the
frequency setting on the screen, to modify the pump output frequency on the pump digit
keyboard.

(1).手动方式排空混合桶，直到其“低液位”指示灯熄灭；

which is discontinued.

3.轻触画面黄色数字区域，可在线修改、保存系统参数。

a) 自动方式投入前，需放空混合桶、稀释桶。
Before feeding in automatic mode, empty the mixing tank and dilution tank first.
b) 加药泵启动前，需打开加药泵手动阀门。
Before starting the dosing pump, open its manual valve.
c) 定期补充粉状絮凝剂给料仓。
Supplement the powdery flocculating agent in the feeding hopper regularly.
d) 定期启动加药泵排放清水，保持泵内清洁。
Start the dosing pump to drain clear water regularly in order to keep the pump
interior clean.
e) 定期清洗水位电极，保持电极表面清洁。
Clean the water level electrodes regularly to keep their surfaces clean.
f) 保证加药泵旋转方向与泵体标志方向一致。
Keep the rotary direction of dosing pump consistent with the directions marked
on the pump body.
g) 合理设置螺旋时间及搅拌时间，保证絮凝剂充分溶解。
Set the screw conveying duration and mixing duration reasonably to make sure
the flocculating agent particles can be dissolved thoroughly.
h) 自动过程中，除必要原因，请勿随意切换“手动-自动”转换开关。
During automatic operation, unless absolutely necessary, don’t set the “Manual -
Automatic” change-over switch randomly.
i) 查询“设备历史故障记忆表”，可浏览当前及以往故障报警信息。
Query the “Historical Failure Memory List of Equipment” to view the current
and previous failure alarm messages.

五、Equipment Adjustment and Maintenance

1.试车阶段，保证搅拌器无负荷运转时间不小于 1 小时。搅拌机构应平稳、无卡阻现象，轴
承温升不超过 35℃。

1.In the trial run of mixer, operate the agitator with no load for at least 1 hour. The mixing
mechanism shall be smooth and steady, without any blockage. The temperature rise of bearing
shall be not greater than 35℃.

2.“储存桶低液位”指示灯熄灭后，系统限制启动加药泵运行，严禁解除系统限制启动加药泵。

2.After the "low level indicator of storage tank" is off, the system will limit the operation of dosing
pump. Don’t start the dosing pump by disenable the system limitation.

3.加药泵启动前，请务必打开加药泵与储存桶之间的检修阀门。

3.Before starting the dosing pump, make sure to open the service valve between the dosing pump
and storage tank.

4.加水、搅拌开启前，严格禁止解除系统联动功能，启动螺旋输送器。

4.Before water adding and mixing, never disenable the system interaction function to start the
screw conveyor.
5.保证外部进水压力不低于 1.5kg、进水无明显的工业杂质。

5.Make sure the external inlet water pressure is not less than 1.5kg, without any obvious industrial
impurities included.

6. 保证加水阀进水方向正确安装。.

6. Make sure the inflow direction of water adding valve is installed correctly.

7.进水阀关闭后，如果出现阀门不能彻底关死，请打开阀门盖板清除阀内滞留的工业杂质。

7. If the inflow valve can’t be closed tightly, please open the valve cover to remove the industrial

impurities inside.

8.调整储存阀行程低于 50mm，太大的行程会消弱阀门的电磁牵引力.

8 Adjust the storage valve travel to less than 50mm because too large travel will weaken the
electromagnetic traction of valve.

9.正确调整水位电极（液位高于电极端部模块对应信号灯指示）
