Hector: Well, for now I'm doing well, I'm doing great that I'm taking other measures that can
help my business
Mayra: By the way, what business are you starting? I've been distracted lately
Hector: Consider taking over this business because currently, we are seeing how people
consume what is fast food, which is literally dedicated to the sale of junk food, affecting the
people in the environment and their health.
Hector: As we know, the food industry is one of the largest and perhaps the most stable in the
world. People are going to need to eat all the time no matter what, and now that they finally
started to care a little more about their health, most of them are looking for a place where
they can eat something delicious, that is healthy and that suits their budget and that's why I
think it has a good return.
Hector: Well, a fundamental part of this is in the performance of operations and quality
service. This corresponds to the degree of satisfaction that a client experiences related to the
care received, the efficiency of the service received and the way in which the service was
delivered, in order to make the client feel comfortable with the treatment and want to come
again.
Hector: No, since I'm always at the forefront regarding that, what we do is study the
competitors that will help us to better understand our client and his needs. Thus, we will be
able to get closer to them and increase their experience as consumers. In short, it is a great
way to study a more general field of business
