thinking causing mental health to be just “in the head” and not something to be
prioritised about -Globally, it is estimated that 1 in 7 (14%) of 10-19 year-olds

a. On a broad level, People with mental health conditions are more likely to suffer from sleep
disorders, like insomnia or sleep apnea.

-Insomnia will then affect your sleeping schedule which can cause excessive daytime
sleepiness.
c. Sleep apnea leads to breathing problems, which can cause you to wake up frequently.
