Adhesives
Water soluble adhesives are much used in the processing of wood, plywood, and paper. They are easy to handle and
superior in stability to other kinds of adhesives. Water soluble adhesives are generally classified into vinyl acetate, acrylic
resin, and ethylene vinyl acetate resin (EVA), etc. Due to the excellent dissolubility in water, they are easy to handle and
convenient to finish. Above all, the best merits of them include environment-friendliness, non-toxicity, and non-volatile
nature.

Water-soluble adhesives
PAPER (For bonding paper)

As a synthetic resin adhesive, it is mainly used for attaching various types of paper including pasteboards, pipes, bags, coated paper, shopping bags, boxes, book
bindings and wall coverings. Its viscosity can be controlled by water. Paper products processed with this environmental-friendly water-soluble adhesive can be recycled.

NANOX CLEAN-N (Nonion Scouring Agent)

This is a scouring agent for diverse fibers, and is composed of such special compound as PolyoxyEthylene Alkyl Ether.
Having powerful penetrating, cleaning, and solubilization effect, it removes an emulsion, waxing, mineral oil and synthetic thickener in a short time that were attatched in the process of generating
clothing from special synthetic fiber. It has excellence in emulsion dispersion and less re-deposition, and is a nonionic surfactant that does not damage the sense of touching fiber after scouring.
Appearance: Colorless transparent viscous liquid

Composition: Polyoxyethylene Alkyl Ether

Solubility: Dissolves easily in both hot and cold water
1. Due to the effect of excellent penetration, dispersion, cleaning, and solubilization, it has remarkable performance as a scouring agent for natural and synthetic fiber.
2. Due to the outstanding emulsion dispersion, there is no need to worry about redeposition of the thickner, and the emulsion.
Features 3. In case of scouring cotton, the scouring effect showing up evenly and equally in a short time, the product enhances the fastness to water.
4. It has a highly excellent effect on washing woven fabrics that used linked fabrics, or woven fabrics, and oiling agent.
5. Because it has acid resistance and alkali resistance and dissolves in cold water, it is convenient to use.
Directions The optimum usage is varying depending on the degree of thickner attachment to subject matter or washing method, generally 1~5g/L is used.
NANOX CLEAN-AN (Anion Scouring Agent)

CLEAN-AN is a textile processing agent manufactured with high soaping and desizing & scouring nature. Because the product is an excellent scouring, soaping agent with
outstanding performance, clear artifacts with strong fastness can be obtained if it is applied to cotton, rayon, and the mixed fibers.
Appearance: Light yellowish viscous liquid

1. It has excellent soaping, scouring nature, and good penetration for dyeing matters including cotton, rayon, and T/C & T/R.
Features 2. It is effective on vat, reactive and sulphur dyeing aritifacts.
3. It has strong emulsification of oil and wax, and good desizing use in combination with enzyme system.
Directions The optimum usage varies a little depending on the textile status, used dyes, and the kind of processor, but the criterion of usage is 1~3g/L.
NANOX CLEAN-ANC (Anion Scouring Agent)

CLEAN-ANC, scouring penetrating agent for CPB pretreatment, is a textile processing agent manufactured with exellent desizing scouring nature.
Due to its outstanding performance as a scouring, soaping agent, the storing acid resistance and akali resistance of the product make it possible to be used in continuous
scouring, and the product has excellent emulsification, dispersion, and penetration.
Appearance: Light yellowish viscous liquid

1. It has excellent soaping, scouring nature, and good penetration for dyeing matters including cotton, rayon, and T/C & T/R.

NANOX CLEAN-OT (Oil removing agent)

CLEAN-OT is the product with strong oil-removing power from both synthetic and natural fibers, having excellent scouring ability. Because it particularly applies the emulsion
and oil spot in scouring which were used in manufacturing polyester processed fiber, and T/C woven fabrics, the product can perfectly remove oil. It is very effective in
preventing the redeposition of a variety of stained matter.

CLEAN-OTA is the product with powerful degreaing ability that removes oil and fat from synthetic and natural fiber, and with excellent scouring effect. In particular, it is very

CLEAN-505 is a stabilized product for alkali, having strong degreasing power and excellent scouring ability. In particular, it is very effective in preventing the re-staining and

1. T he product has outstanding alkali stability. It is highly effective when used as a continuous desizing, scouring agent for woven fabrics, providing softening effect to the processed fabrics.
2. Because the product has the exceptional effect of penetration, dispersion, cleaning and solubilization, it is highly effective as a scouring and degreasing agent for natural and synthetic fibers.

3. Due to the exceptional power to sequester metal ion, the prompt and perfect oil-removing effect even in hard water is obtained and the product’s anti-redeposition effect is also excellent.

CLEAN-SP, a low foam soaping agent, removes hydrolyzed dyestuff and maintains leveling soft water by sequestering effect, and is special high polymer with the effect of
anti-redeposition of impurities.

1. The product has an excellent capacity of removing hydrolyzed dyestuff, and impurity anti-redepositing, dispersing, and leveling effect.
Features 2. Forming complex with metal ion in water, the product sequesters ion characteristics and provides perfect scouring, bleaching, and dyeing effect.
3. The product has excellent workability with low foam.
Directions Differing to a certain degree depending on the density of color and water, 0.5~2.0g/L is used.
NANOX CLEAN-AK (Penetrating & scouring agent)

CLEAN-AK, a penetrating agent for synthetic and natural fiber, has no trouble of foam and good stability, and shows excellent penetrating and degreasing effect by lowering
surface tension.
Appearance: Colorless semi-transparent paste

Composition: Anion, Nonion type active agent

PH: 7 ± 1
1. The product offers excellent penetration as a penetrating agent for synthetic and natural fibers.
Features 2. By lowering surface tension, the product performs uniform penetration effect.
3. By controlling the nature of foam, trouble of foam occurs little, and the product can make work proceed with efficiency.
Directions Differing to a certain degree depending on the use, 0.3-2% is the criterion.
NANOX CLEAN-AK2 (Penetrating agent)

CLEAN-AK2, a pentrating agent whose main component is Anion active agent has good stability in high-concentration alkali solution for processing silket of cotton. By
lowering surface tension, the product shows excellent penetrating and degreasing performance.
Appearance: Colorless semi-transparent paste

Composition: Anion, Nonion type active agent

1. With strong penetration, the prouct’s desizing & scouring effect is excellent, and it improves whiteness.
2. The product shows outstading penetration and durability in case of continuous scouring and penetration.

NANOX CLEAN-DP (Synthetic desizing agent)

CLEAN-DP is a dsizing agent for synthetic fibers and their mixed fabrics. It is optimized for the desizing of 1/4-acrylic warp sizing agent.
CLEAN-DP has excellent desizing effect and preventive power against re-adhesion of sizing agent or wax.
Appearance: White powder

Properties
PH: 10.5 ± 0.5
Composition: Phosphoric acid ester type active agent
1. The product is the most suitable desizing agent for acryl warp sizing agent.
2. Besides, it has exceptional detergency and excellent anti-redeposition ability for various thickening agents or wax.
Features and use 3. The product can process desizing, scouring, and bleaching in one bath, and shows far more excellent effect in soaping process.
4. The product shows excellent desizing & scouring performance at PH 8~10.
5. The product can be applied to any kind of processing facilities including open soaper, pad steam, relax machine, and wince.

NANOX CLEAN-AP (Enzymatic desizing agent)

The main component of the product is liquidified α- Amylase. The product decomposes natural starch or starch derivatives used as a size, and makes it water-soluble,
removing the size without damaging a fiber.
Appearance: Yellowish brown liquid

PH: 7 ± 0.5
Composition: Special α- Amylase
1. The product is the most suitable desizing agent for cotton type warp sizing agent.
2. The product can be used separately in low/mid/high temperature. It has superior ability of expanding and absorbing starch.

3. It can be used in combination with nonionic surfactant and the small usage of the product at high temperature leads to sufficient desizing.
4. The product can be applied to any kind of processing facilities including open soaper, pad steam, relax machine, and wince
Directions The amount used is subject to vary depending on temperature, operating method, and used materials.
NANOX STABILIZER-NH (Hydrogen peroxide stabilizing agent)

In case of hydrogen peroxide bleaching of cotton and its mixed linsey, the appropriate decomposition speed and the stability are needed for making decomposition
harmonious with bleaching.
STABILIZER-NH shows excellent performance not only in batch method bleaching that obtains more stability than silica soda by causing the traditional silica trouble, but also
in continuous bleaching by pad-steam method, leading to high-degree whiteness.
Appearance: Light yellowish transparent liquid

Solubility: Dissolves in cold water

NANOX ANTI-F2000 (Flame retardant agent)

ANTI-F2000, a flame retardant agent for synthetic fiber, is cyclic phosphonata flame retardant agent developed with effective combination of phosphorous and nitrogen. The
contained quantity is great and the product has no corrosiveness but has outstanding solubility in water. It leaves no white powder on the surface of processed fiber.
