It limits to the north with the municipalities of Cuautitlán and Tultepec, to the east
with Jaltenco, Ecatepec and Coacalco, to the south with Tlalnepantla and the
Federal District and to the west with Cuautitlán Izcalli.
The geographical coordinates in the center of the head are 19°39'44" north latitude
and 99°10' west longitude.
HISTORICAL MONUMENTS
In the municipality there are several colonial temples that, although they have not
been fully restored, some have details worth knowing. The baroque facades of the
temples of San Lorenzo and Santa María Cuautepec can be mentioned. The
baroque altarpieces of San Francisco Chilpan and San Pablo de las Salinas.
In the neighborhood of Belem there is a carved stone cross that shows the
symbols of Christ's passion and dates back to the 16th century. In the
neighborhood of Santiaguito there are three ahuehuetes, one of which has a
circumference of just over eight meters at the base of the trunk. The monuments of
the municipality are listed in the following table.

According to the most recent data, in 1997 the municipality of Tultitlán is made up
of the following communities and industrial zones:
The municipal head: San Antonio Tultitlán, made up of the neighborhoods: La
Concepción, Belem, Los Reyes, San Juan, Santiaguito, Nativitas and San Bartolo.
Towns: San Francisco Chilpan, San Mateo Cuautepec, Santa María Cuautepec
and San Pablo de las Salinas.
Industrial parks: Cartagena, El Cristo, San Luis, San Miguel and Tultitlán.
