The above mentioned names are the face to face students from grade 7 hope, there

are 8 males and 12 females with the total of 20 students, majority of them are from Brgy.

Ditumabo and some are from Diteki, Nonong Sr., Sitio Kamalatan. Face to face students

from grade 7 hope shows eagerness on learning, particularly in participating during class

discussion and individual activity, and also they put effort for every time I gave them

performance task.

The students proved that it is very interesting to attend face to face class rather

than staying at home and answering modules. I really appreciate their effort, endeavor

persistence to come early in the morning even though some of them are far from

Ditumabo National High School, in almost of my practice teaching, I observed that they

have yintuitive capabilities in bringing the best of their potential.

Modular Students

I met them once a week, not totally them, their parents because they are not

allowed to go to school. We communicate each other via messenger, they send the

pictures of their performance task. If I have to compare the face to face to modular, I

should say that the face to face are more than active than modular class, where; the take

home assessment or assignment are not completely answered by the modular student,

while the face to face class have complete answer, I think because teachers explain

direction on how to do and how to answer. It is truly sad that some of the students from

modular class had a reason why they did not choose to attend face to face session, the

problem is that financial capability are not that stable.

ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCES

Academic and Extra-Curricular Activities

There are many academic activities that I experienced during my almost two

months of internship, including daily teaching, in which my students learn from my

lesson, and there were still no academic activities like competitions of different schools,

so I consider teaching my students activities to be one of the academic , as well as

orientation on changes in teaching schedules.

Participating in numerous social activities and gatherings is one of the teacher’s

many responsibilities. This will help us get to know and acclimate to everyone at the

school . During my Practice Teaching journey, we facilitated three major extra- curricular

activities , the fist of which the Ditumabo National High School Foundation Day “ High

Five sa Fifty Five: Ditumabo National High School, Nananatiling Matatag sa Hamon ng

Life.” theme, which aimed to emphasize that the Ditumabo National High School is still

doing its best to provide quality education was conducted on the covered court of school.

One of the events is the MDRMO seminar, where they talk about the IATF and

classroom principles during this distance face to face learning. kIt was a great honor and

joy to be part of such an interesting event. The next main activity was “ Team Building”,

which we thoroughly liked. And it was decide that I would choreograph what we would

do during the activity. That was extremely difficult, but we succeeded. With the different

events organized by the school, it was truly memorable experience.
