HR & Admin Assistant at Cihan Motors Auto Trading Company 2nd of October 2021- Present
Duties:
Keep always all HR activities updated in accordance to dealer & distributer standards for the yearly audit by Toyota
Iraq.
Implement any requirement & new programs suggested by Toyota Iraq (TOS- Best in Town… etc.)
A focal point to arrange, update, and contacting with National Managers regarding training staff program including
certificates, training attendance for sale and after sales.
Assist with recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing, reference checks and issuing employment
contracts, and follow the recruitments by each department.
Maintain calendars of HR management team (Vacation balances- Air Tickets booking,.. etc.)
Assist with performance management procedures, evaluations, appraisal policy, and employee’s satisfaction
surveys.
Keep and maintain each staff file (digitally on system and hardcopy) in order and update (contract, amendment,
CV, ID, pictures, warning letters, all the documents as form staff recruitment policy, resignation letter, sickness
certificate, etc.)
