HR & Admin Assistant at Cihan Motors Auto Trading Company 2nd of October 2021- Present

Duties:

 Keep always all HR activities updated in accordance to dealer & distributer standards for the yearly audit by Toyota
Iraq.

 Implement any requirement & new programs suggested by Toyota Iraq (TOS- Best in Town… etc.)

 A focal point to arrange, update, and contacting with National Managers regarding training staff program including
certificates, training attendance for sale and after sales.

 Assist with recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing, reference checks and issuing employment
contracts, and follow the recruitments by each department.

 Maintain calendars of HR management team (Vacation balances- Air Tickets booking,.. etc.)

 Assist with performance management procedures, evaluations, appraisal policy, and employee’s satisfaction
surveys.

 Overtime calculation and sheet for Cihan staff.

 Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

 Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

 Take any new other responsibility related HR activity.

 Schedule meeting, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
