Gabay sa Magulang/Tagapag-alaga
Ang modyul na ito ay tumatalakay sa pagharap sa mga isyung maaaring
harapin ng inyong mag-aaral. Bilang mga magulang o nakatatanda sa pamilya,
kayo ay may papel na ginagampanan upang matugunan ito.
Ang paksang ito ay tumutukoy sa mga bagay na pwedeng maging
impluwensya ng mga magulang o sinumang miyembro ng pamilya sa pagharap sa
mga problema sa buhay. Ang mga gawaing itinakda ay magbibigay gabay sa
kanya kung bakit kailangang isaalang-alang din ang opinyong ng mga magulang
sa paghahanp ng solusyon sa mga isyung ito. Maaaring may mga pagkakataong
humingi ng tulong ang inyong mag-aaral sa pagsunod sa mga tagubilin at pagsagot
sa mga tanong sa bawat bahagi ng mga gawain. Hinihiling ng kagawaran ang
inyong suporta at pakikiisa upang matagumpay niyang maisakatuparan ang bawat
bahagi tulad ng mga sumusunod:
Ang mga gawaing nakapaloob dito ay maaaring gawin ng inyong mag-aaral
sa loob dalawang linggo.
Nangangailangan ng panulat at papel sa bawat bahagi ng modyul na ito
upang masagutan ang mga gawain at katanungan sa “Processing Questions.”
Ngunit kung ang paaralan ay makapagbibigay ng worksheet, doon na niya sa
worksheet mismo isusulat ang anumang ipinapagawa.
Tiyaking sasagutin niya ang bawat bahagi nang tapat. Ang modyul na ito ay
may limang gawain at dalawang set ng “Processing Questions.”
Pagsama-samahin sa isang folder na may “fastener” ang mga gawaing
isinulat niya sa papel. Ito ang magsisilbi niyang portfolio sa kanyang “Homeroom
Guidance Activities.”
Siguraduhing maipapasa niya ang kanyang portfolio sa petsang itinakda ng
kanyang gurong-tagapayo.

it comes to your protection. You should be able to know the importance of safety and
security whether you are at home or once you are allowed to go out. The different
activities will help you protect yourself at all times.

Introduction

Life is not always easy. There are times that you will experience happiness but
there are also times that you will be sad because of some difficulties in life. These
issues are normal, but you should know how to solve them, and you can also ask help
from your parents and family members.

In module 7, you were guided on making yourself and your


environment safe. It is also discussed how to use properly social media
during this time of pandemic.

Family is the basic unit of society. It is the main source of


information, love and support. Thus, a strong family ties is
very important especially in the younger years of a child.
Parents and other adults in the family are involved in the
lives of the children. They also look unto their children’s
activities, interests, and even difficulties meet in life.

Listening to Your Parents


Your parents know you better than anyone. They always want the best for you.
Sometimes, they keep on giving advice or even reminder because they want to protect
you from making the mistakes they made or that someone they know made. Tell them
what you think or how you feel about personal or social issues. Share to them your
problems. Your parents are very willing to help you. Your parents have learned a lot
of lessons in life since they have many experiences already. So, listen to your parents,
respect them, be disciplined, be thankful for their dedication and hard work, and love
them back.

Situations:

1. Your son is asking permission if he can go out to play with her friends in the park.
During this time of pandemic children are not yet allowed to go out. Explain to him
why you are not going to allow him to go to the park.

2. Your daughter tells you that her friend is having difficulty in answering the Math
modules. Her friend is asking if she can just copy her answers in the Math modules
since she does not understand the lesson. She asks you if it is the best way to
help her friend.
