In partial fulfillment of the requirements for our graduation as Senior High School, we, the students fr
om STEM 12 A - Leadership from the University of the Visayas Dalaguete Campus are conducti
ng research entitled “Factors Affecting Hesitancy in Attending Face-to-Face Classes Among
Senior High School Students”. This study focuses on studying the underlying factors on why senior
high school students are hesitant to attend limited face-to-face classes. It aims to find the factors that
affect the hesitancy of the students.
In connection with this, we would like to ask for a copy of the Data Privacy Notice in order to ethica
lly conduct a survey on the senior high school students at the University of Dalaguete campus regardi
ng the topic.
