PURPOSE: Describing and reporting actions and plans for the
future
PROMPT: You are a famous Youtuber, and you are invite to a
talk show to discuss about “future plans” for the next couple of
months till 5 years. The task requires the following aspects:
1. The task will be individual.
2. Describe and report the short and long term plans you
have and predict possible events in your future life
(activities that will be done, the situation in general,
times, people, circumstances etc.)
3. Time assigned: 4 minutes each person.
Hello! my name is Yesica Andrea. I have
been a YouTuber for 4 years, I do cooking
tutorials and I also talk about personal
motivation and meditation.

How much time do you spend a week

Youtube?

I try to shoot a video or two a week. Among

the ideas,
record and edit about eight hours a week.

Do you think your life is going to keep

changing?

I believe that my life will continue to

change for the better as I have met
wonderful people who will open many
more doors and opportunities for me in the
future.

Do you think personal and professional

goals will continue to be met?

I am convinced that I will. As I said, this

has opened many doors for me and every
time I reach more people. and I'm going to
buy my mom a house
how do i see myself in 2 months

in two months I want to talk about

different topics to gain more
followers and recognition.

In 5 years, do you see yourself still

working on
the world of YouTube and what would
your goals be?

In five years I want to be the most

recognized youtuber and that my followers
and views increase more and more. I will
record many more new videos, more
tutorials on various topics, and invite new
people to join my channel to make it more
fun.

Do you think you have a future in this

world of YouTube?

Technology and social networks are gaining

 strength every day, in a few years YouTube
will gain even more strength and will
continue to be one of the most recognized
tools and everyone will have easy access to
it.

future actions or plans for the future, pose and answer information
questions; use other sentence structures.

Pronunciation: pronounce and produce intonation patterns of basic

sounds that allow the audience to understand the message.
 Pronounce without interfering with the meaning or communication
purpose of the task.
