Sheena: All right. But, first, could you please tell me who is on the line?

him regarding the discrepancy in accounts as soon as possible.
Sheena: OK. Is there any particular time you want him to call you?
Sheena: OK. Let me repeat that back to you. You are Mr. Bob from Accounts
Department and because of the discrepancy in accounts, you would like to talk to him
as soon as possible and call at your office number tomorrow. Is that so?
Sheena: Ok, I will give him the message. He will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sheena: Good Morning Sir. This is Sheena from Technical Education Department. How
can I help you?
Barry: Good Morning. This is Barry calling on behalf of the Principal of Government
College in Ludhiana. She would like to set up a meeting with Mr. Sharma.
Sheena: All right. But regarding what she would like to talk to him?
Barry: She wants to discuss about the results with him. So will he be available tomorrow
at 11 am?
CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT:

won’t be able to meet her tomorrow as something urgent has come up. The meeting
has to be cancelled.
Barry: That’s really bad. So when can she meet him now?
Sheena: My boss would like to postpone the meeting to Monday afternoon. Would that
be convenient?
Barry: Ok, I will talk to her regarding the same and will let you know.
