cess can only be authorised by the Commissioning Manager or Site Manager
4. Additional information including supporting document numbers:
Only authorised personnel will be allowed within these areas. A Safety Document will be re-
quired from the SAP for any work inside. Anyone found interfering with electrical/mechan-
ical equipment who does not hold the relevant Safety Document will be removed from site.

EPC has placed many safety signs where they are required for information and safety. Any
person found removing or modifying any signage or sticker within this area will be removed
from site

Only qualified technicians will work on this equipment under the control of a Competent Per-
son holding the relevant Safety Document

All isolation keys will be under strict control by the SAP within the LOTO Office.

A Toolbox Talk must be carried out with all workers detailing the dangers of the above. A
signed copy of the Toolbox Talk record will be available on site.

EPC will monitor this task very closely and constantly re-assess the safety measures in
place. If there are any doubts to whether something is unexpectedly live the work must be
stopped immediately and the area made safe. The incident must be reported straight away to
the EPC HSE.

EPC is re-emphasising that if anyone has doubt over safety they should “STOP THE JOB”
