PROJECT OBJECTIVE
Monthly acquisition of fresh high-quality links to our websites. Gogoprint owns 6 sites:
Target: Acquire at least 3 new links per month per website that is assigned to you (e.g. if you
are assigned the 2 thai sites, the target will be 2 x 3 links per month, i.e. 6 links)
APPROACH
Double down on proven link building methodologies employed by Gogoprint in the past, and
explore new strategies
● Concept:
○ Reach out (by email, phone, Whatsapp, Messenger, LinkedIn or any combination
thereof) to small / medium-sized blog owners writing about technology, startups,
travel, etc.
○ To ensure a high success rate, blogs must not be too professional, but rather
maintained by individuals on the side of their daily job
○ Offer bloggers a coupon to order products (e.g. business cards, stickers, etc.) for
free on Gogoprint’s website. Coupons have a pre-defined value based on blog
domain authority, and will be provided
○ In exchange, if they like the experience and products, get bloggers to write an
article / review on their site
● Expected course of action:
○ Draw up a list of 100+ blogs in the first week after taking up the project
○ Exclude blogs from which Gogoprint already got links
○ Reach out to all bloggers
○ After that, keep following up and reaching out to new bloggers on a weekly basis

Strategy #2: Startups & Companies with website / blog
● Concept:
○ Websites relying on their website for lead generation and/or sales understand the
value of traffic and therefore SEO
○ Reach out to websites that have a blog section or other where they could
possibly write about and link to Gogoprint
○ Offer them a win-win link exchange: they write about Gogoprint, Gogoprint writes
about them. Share them examples of what was done before
● Expected course of action:
○ Draw up a list of 100+ sites in the first week after taking up the project. Start by
scraping startups active in TH, MY, SG from directories on sites such as
TechinAsia, Angel, Techcrunch, e27
○ Exclude companies from which Gogoprint already got a link
○ Reach out to all of them
○ After that, keep following up and reaching out to new bloggers on a weekly basis
