For this application activity, you are going to evaluate your peers’ participation in your
group. Think about each member of your group. Did everyone show up at the meeting?
Did they participate equally? Did everyone contribute ideas and thoughts? Now, take a
moment and think how each member of your group is also reflecting on your participation.
Do you feel like you did your best in your group?

Directions
In order to evaluate your peers for this assignment, imagine your group would receive 100
points for completing it. Based on your perception of the group work process and the load
each person carried, how would you divide up the points? Would you divide it equally or
were there members of the group that deserve more or less?

Fill out the chart below listing the names of your group members and what portion of the
points you would give to each person. Remember that you have 100 points to divide
between all of your group members. Include yourself in the chart.

Step 2 Self-Assessment

own participation in the group.

1. Give at least one example of how you were actively involved in your live group
meeting and assignment completion.
As the Gera was the zoom room creator, he also downloaded the assignment and
shared his screen, so we couldn’t write on it. So I shared my ideas, understand each
one points of view and making everyone know each other better to have a good
environment

2. Would you do anything differently the next time you are working on an assignment
in a group? Why or why not?
Maybe check by an way if there is possible to share the document to drive, by that
everyone could write at the same time as we share ours idea instead of have only
one “writer”. Because sometimes we can’t express by the same as it comes at our
mind to pass it to the noter sometimes.

and group project.

1. What was your perception of group work going into this assignment?
I think it was awesome! I always try to bring to my groups a way to know everyone
better before we start, to have a good and friendly environment, building trust on
everyone.m
 2. Did your perception change during the process? Why or why not?
No. Because everyone did and shared what we need with the group

3. Share at least one challenge your group faced and how you overcame that challenge.
It was an issue with the document, we was trying to share to everyone be able to
modify it simultaneously, but we choose a noter to write everyone ideas.

4. Did your group use effective communication before and during your live meeting?
Why or why not?
Yes! We use whatsapp to talk with the group before and after the live meeting,
checking if everyone was okay, checking time zones and if it was able to everyone
join on it.

5. What did you learn from this experience and how will it benefit you as you continue
your education?
I’ve been learning that I can trust on others to do their parts of a group project.
