In 200-word, Are you infavor of changing the Philippine constitution into a federal form of
government? Explain your answer.
Answer text
For me, I am not favor in changing the Philippine constitution because federal form of
government is not appropriate or applicable in the Philippines because of regional discrepancies,
disparity, lack of coordination, lack of budgetary requirements in the process of transition that will
result to continuity of corruption, mismanagement of
funds, individualism among the states,
imbalance of development and lead to
complete separation of states. Also,
federalism accommodates a diversity of
opinion that result of misunderstanding
among people.
