PROJECT PROPOSAL
I. PROGRAM TITLE: THIRD QUARTER REPORT FOR THE MANILA BAY
REHABILITATION INTERVENTION
(August 27, 2018)

III. RATIONALE:

In line with the Department of Education’s compliance with the Mandamus

Order for the Manila Bay Rehabilitation (MBR) and the system being developed for
MBR, schools, division and region are hereby requested to observed the timely
submission of quarterly reports on Manila Bay Rehabilitation interventions.

IV. OBJECTIVES:

The activity aims to:

a. To participate in the clean-up activities for the Rehabilitation of

Manila Bay by cleaning drainages and pathways of Munoz Central
School
b. To help the community and LGU’s by cleaning canals, irrigation
and rivers connecting to Manila bay

PARTICIPANTS: Pupils of Munoz Central School

VIII. STRATEGIES:

For the effective implementation of this undertaking, the following activities will
be followed:

1. Cleaning of Canals, pathway, garden, and surrounding of Munoz Central

School
2. Collecting plastic cups, paper, bottle and cans scattered around the school
3. Lectures on how to segregate solid waste materials and learn how to
recycle garbage into useful material.
