MUSCULAR STRENGTH
AND
MUSCULAR ENDURANCE
Muscular strength and endurance are two
important parts of your body’s ability to move, lift
things and do day-to-day activities.
Muscular strength is the amount of force you can
put out or the amount of weight you can lift.
Muscular endurance is how many times you can
move that weight without getting exhausted (very
tired).

Lunges are great for
LUNGES building lower body
endurance. They are
also highly variable,
so you can change
them to fit your
personal goals
Sit-ups have long been an abdominal- SIT UPS
building favorite. If you find your core
endurance lacking, incorporating high-
rep sit-ups will probably do the trick.
BURPEES
A Burpees is essentially a
two-part exercise: a pushup
followed by a leap in the air.
The triceps dip
exercise is a great TRICEPS
bodyweight exercise
that builds arm and DIP
shoulder strength. This
simple exercise can be
done almost anywhere
and has many
variations to match
your fitness level. Use
it as part of an upper-
body strength
workout.
