School Year 2019-2020

 Attended the Project SIGLAT (Skills Improvement Geared Toward
Livelihood and Technology) Pre NC Assessment Training Workshop
cum Revisit and Finalization of Contextualized LMs in the
Different Specializations in the TVL Track last June 27-28, 2019. I
contributed in the making of Computer Systems Servicing Module
across the grade level.
 I was one of the resource speakers during the MidSem In-service
Training of Bintawan National High School last October 21-
25,2019. My topic was addressing differentiated instructions
across the different subjects.
 I was invited by the Nueva Vizcaya State University (Post Grad
School) as their resource speaker on Management Information
System last November 16, 2019.
 I was appointed as the ICT Coordinator of Bintawan National High
School that deals with the School Infrastructure Management, ICT
Programs and Projects, Partnership and Stakeholders
Management and facilitated technical assistance to all teachers
and non-teaching staff.
 Facilitated/spearheaded the 52nd Founding Anniversary of
Bintawan National High School last March 5-6, 2020. I proposed
the activity as a project entitled “Pammadayaw Festival” which
was adopted the following years.
 I became an Assessor in Computer Systems Servicing NC II and
Technical Drafting NC II that started on September 13, 2018 until
this day. I have been training students for their preparation of
national certification not only in Bintawan NHS but to most of the
schools in the division.
 I was one of the resource speakers during the Division Seminar
Workshop on Teaching ICT Cum Digital Citizenship and
Responsibility for Grade VI Teachers on January 23 -24, 2020 at
Solano East Central School and Bambang Central School. I
addressed the least mastered competency of the ICT subject in
Grade VI.
 I presented my action research and became a resource speaker
during the 5.0 Regional Basic Education Research Conference
held at Munoz National High School on November 25-27, 2019.
The focus of my research was about addressing the least mastered
competency of Computer Systems Servicing in the Senior High
School. The title of my research is “Mastery Level of Grade 12 ICT
Students on Setting-up Computer Servers using Audio Visual
Tool”. It was also adopted by Solano High School, Bagabag
National High School and Sta. Clara High School.
  I also contributed my service to the community of Villaverde
despite the fact that I am originally from Solano. I am very active
in the church and consistently called during events to facilitate
and conduct assistance. I am part of the Singles for Christ of
Villaverde.

School Year 2020-2021

 I proposed and implemented a project (LAC Session) entitled IDOL
which means “Institutionalizing Digital Online Learning” in
collaboration with our school principal that aims to educate
teachers and employees, parents and learners on the digital
online learning delivery mode for school year 2021-2022. It
reduces our printing cost compared during the school year 2019-
2020. The teaching and learning process was improved because of
this project. New skills and knowledge were presented and
adopted by the teachers and students.
 The TLE department which includes me, conducted a feeding
program on July 26, 2021 during the celebration of 47 th Nutrition
Month. The recipients of this program was the less fortunate
families of Bintawan Norte, Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya.
 I was appointed as the ICT Coordinator of Bintawan National High

 On December 1 to 13, 2021, the ICT Team of Nueva Vizcaya
under the leadership of Mr. Pink Euria Montano conducted a
Seminar Worship on ICT Preventive Maintenance and Advanced
Computer Hardware and Printer Servicing. I was one of the
resource speakers which focuses on ICT Preventive Maintenance.
 I was awarded as Most Outstanding Teaching Employee in TLE
during the Search for the Most Outstanding Teacher during the
National Teachers Month and World Teachers Day on September
7, 2021.
 I contributed my knowledge and skills during the conduct of
school-based LAC Session entitled Project SIMILE on March 8 to
May 31, 2021. I was one of the resource speakers that focuses on
the digitalization of instructional materials specifically the making
of interactive PowerPoint, online quiz using google forms and
making use of google classroom.
 The DepEd Regional Office certified me as one of the writers for
Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE) Computer Systems
Servicing (CSS) Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) Grade 10 for the
1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Quarter that was adopted and used in the
region.

School Year 2021-2022

 I was appointed as the ICT Coordinator of Bintawan National High

Management and facilitated technical assistance to all teachers
and non-teaching staff.
 I was again one of the resource speaker of Project SIMILE 2.0 or
the Strategic and Intensive Mentoring towards Innovative
Language Educators last March 29, 2022. The focus of my topic
during the LAC session was all about integrating google apps in
their teaching and learning process.
 I facilitated the division wide webinar on ICT tools, platforms and
trend updates on December 13 – 15, 2022. I was one of the
resources speakers that focuses on video editing using Filmora
application.
