Tôi tên Trần Cao Thế, sinh năm 1989. Sau những năm học tại Học viện công nghệ
Bưu chính Viễn thông thì tôi đã được nhận vào làm tại Viễn thông Bến Tre. Thời
gian làm 8 tiếng mỗi ngày theo quy định nên tôi có thể chủ động khoảng thời gian
ngoài giờ để tập thể dục, chăm sóc gia đình và bản thân. Chuyên môn chính của tôi
là 1 chuyên viên của phòng Kế toán-kế hoạch. Cứ mỗi buổi sáng, đúng 7h là tôi có
mặt tại VNPT Bến Tre để bắt đầu 1 ngày làm việc của mình.
Tôi là người chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo nguyên vật liệu và hàng hóa cần thiết cho
quá trình sản xuất, duy trì không gian làm việc đúng quy chuẩn để tối ưu hiệu suất
của nhân viên, cụ thể như sau:
o Phê duyệt nguồn nguyên vật liệu, chi phí, thiết bị sản xuất và số lượng
lao động cần thiết cho dự án sản xuất.
o Lên kế hoạch sản xuất chi tiết cho từng công việc và thời hạn hoàn thành.
o Giám sát tiến độ sản xuất.
o Kiểm soát chi phí sản xuất.
o Thu thập và đánh giá dữ liệu về hiệu quả sản xuất của từng nhân viên và
cả tập thể.
o Chuẩn bị báo cáo về quy trình sản xuất cho cấp trên.
o Đề xuất phương pháp cải thiện hiệu suất (nếu có) cho cấp trên.

Vì có quá nhiều trách nhiệm nên đôi lúc tôi cảm thấy áp lực và căng thẳng nhưng
tôi luôn cố gắng hoàn thành tốt và đúng hạn. Tôi đã làm công việc này tại VNPT
Bến Tre được hơn 7 năm, hiện nay tôi cũng là chiến sĩ thi đua nhiều năm liên tiếp.
Bên cạnh công tác chuyên môn, tôi cũng là một Bí thư Đoàn thanh niên tại đơn vị,
tôi cảm thấy mình rất may mắn khi được làm việc tại VNPT Bến Tre. Tôi sẽ nỗ lực
phấn đấu học tập, trau dồi kiến thức để nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn cũng như
rèn luyện nhiều hơn về kỹ năng giao tiếp, quan hệ xã hội để ngày càng hoàn thiện
bản thân nhiều hơn. TÔI YÊU VNPT!

In this video clip, I would like to show you all my current job so that you could
have a better understanding about what I am doing. Now, let’s follow me!

Before talking about my job I would love to introduce a little bit about myself. My
full name is Tran Cao The, I was born (in Ben Tre) in 1989. After graduating from
Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology in Ho Chi Minh city, I got
a job in VNPT Ben Tre.
I always start a new working day here at VNPT Ben Tre at 7AM every morning.
According to the rules of the company, I work 8 hours per day. Despite that, I have
time to work out, take care of my family and myself.
My main job is as an executive in Planning and Accounting Department. I am
responsible for guaranteeing the materials and products in the production process,
maintaining the work environment following the technical regulations in order to
optimize the employees’ productivity. My duties specifically include:
- Approving the material sources, costs, production equipment and the number
of workers needed for the production process
- Making detailed production plans for each project and deadlines for
completion
- Monitoring production progress
- Controlling production costs
- Collecting and evaluating data on the production performance of each
employee and the whole team
- Preparing reports on production process for my superiors
- Proposing methods to improve performance (if any) to my superiors.
Having plenty of duties, I sometimes feel stressed and under pressure. However, I
know this is my job and I always try my hardest to complete everything well and
on time.

I’ve been working at VNPT Ben Tre for over 7 years and I’ve also been holding
the tile “Emulation Soldier” for many years in a row. In addition to professional
work, I am the Secretary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the
company.

I feel extremely fortunate to be working at VNPT Ben Tre where I can strive with
effort, improve my knowledge, enhance my professional qualifications. Also, I
have many opportunities to practice my communication skills and broaden my
social connections. I truly believe that I am completing myself day by day.
Because of all that, I love VNPT Ben Tre!
