Write a comparison of the two mobile phone advert. Comment on:

- The images used These two adverts have lots in common and can be compared. The first advert has a man

The language used in both of the adverts is simple and persuasive. The slogan in the first advert
is “Sharper than ever” This slogan is easy to use and very understandable. On the other advert,
the slogan used is “The light of my life”. This means that the product is the light in the life of a
person would be that phone/ new product.

The first advert is really persuasive and convincing. The slogan and explanation of the product is
really good and tells us a lot about the product. It also tells us about its physical shape, the
product is strong and sharp and cannot be easily broken. The second also shows a slogan
which is persuading because people want something that will lighten up their life, the explanation
shows lots of positive comments about the product.

In the second advert, simile can be seen. The slogan shows “The light of my life” The creator of
the advert linked the phone to a light, which is pretty smart.

The structure/ organization of both adverts is really good, we can see the name of the product,
the picture, the model, the slogan, the explanation and the website to access it and look at the
product in more detail. I am a fan of both adverts and I believe that they are both on the same
level.
