(4) Slide out the tray and remove the protective tape
and protective material.
Note:
Take care not to touch the surface of the paper
feed roller. If you touch it by mistake, wipe off any
dirt on the roller surface using dry cloth.
After unpacking, be sure to get rid of the Protective material
packaging materials and keep them out Protective tape
of the reach of children.

• Up to two paper feed units may be mounted.

Note:
If you mount two paper feed units to the main
body, combine the paper feed units in advance by
taking the following steps (7) to (10).

(7) Assign two or more persons to carry the main
body and set it on the paper feed unit(s).

To prevent injuries use at least two people to lift
the main body.

plied fixing brackets at the rear. (One supplied

does not exceed the ▼ (MAX) paper level indica-
tor.
