Course Credit: 4 UNITS
Duration 8 WEEKS (September 2020 to October 2020)
Effort 8 hours per week
Delivery Mode: Asynchronous (remotely supervised) and Synchronous
Level: Introductory/ Basic
Course Description: This is a required course and is taken by Grade 12. Students taking this course need to think outside the box and nurtures exceptional talents and
skills. Also, it creates opportunity, instills confidence and stimulates the economy. This course introduces students to the world of entrepreneurship
through the development of entrepreneurial mindset. The focus will be on starting a business venture and its improvement throughout the ongoing
operations.

The course goal revolves around the students’ acquisition of necessary knowledge and skills required for organizing and carrying out entrepreneurial
activities, to enable them to create and/or innovate ideas that solve a market need and correspond to market trends and display flexibility and quick
thinking skills in responding to changes in environment. The objective of the course is, further on, that the students develop the ability of analyzing
various aspects of entrepreneurship – especially of taking over the risk, and the specificities as well as the pattern of entrepreneurship development
and, finally, to contribute to their entrepreneurial and managerial potentials.
Culminating Outcome: By the end of this course, the student will be able to create and pitch the group’s business plan
